At flyVENTURE, we value your business and want every part of your experience — from booking to landing — to feel effortless and transparent. These Terms & Conditions outline how cancellations, changes, weather delays, and unforeseen events are handled. By booking a helicopter tour with us, you acknowledge and agree to the policies below
We require written notice for all cancellations and changes to ensure fairness and operational reliability.
A minimum of 24 hours written notice is required for any cancellation or change to your reservation. All requests must be submitted via email to info@flyventure.com, and we ask that you include the reason for your cancellation in your message.
Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of your scheduled flight are non-refundable and will be charged in full.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance do not receive a cash refund. Instead, you will receive a credit equal to the original purchase amount, valid for 365 days from the originally scheduled date of service. This credit may be applied toward future services but is non-transferable and not eligible for cash refunds, bank-issued refunds, chargebacks, or any other form of monetary reimbursement.
A flexible option that allows you to cancel for any reason and receive a full refund.
If you purchased Cancellation Protection at the time of booking, you may cancel your flight for any reason and receive a full cash refund to your original form of payment. To qualify, your cancellation request must be submitted at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled flight and must be sent in writing to info@flyventure.com. Requests submitted after the 12-hour window will follow the standard cancellation policy.
Your safety comes first — and sometimes that means adjusting plans.
Flights may be delayed or canceled due to weather conditions, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In these situations, your ticket will remain valid for 365 days from the originally scheduled date of service and may be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Cash refunds are not issued for weather-related or operational cancellations unless Cancellation Protection was purchased at the time of booking.
